Pricing Policy

British English with Di is run by ChannelInsights, United Kingdom. All prices are in GBP (£). Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, so payment, billing, tax and invoicing are handled by Paddle. Questions? What you pay

• Free: £0, no card needed.
• Pro: £9 a month.
• Premium: £19 a month.

The price you see on the plan card is the price you pay. There are no setup fees, no cancellation fees and no charges hidden behind the checkout.

How billing works

• Paid plans are billed monthly on the day you first subscribe, and renew each month until you cancel.
• Any sales tax or VAT that applies is added and reported by Paddle as Merchant of Record.
• You can see every invoice and the next payment date in your account's billing area.

Changing plans

• Moving up from Pro to Premium starts straight away. You pay the difference for the part of the month you have left.
• Moving down from Premium to Pro starts next month. You keep Premium until the month you paid for ends.
• You are never charged twice for the same month.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime. Your paid plan stays active until the end of the month you have paid for, then your account moves to Free and you are not charged again.

Refunds

New payments can be refunded in full within 14 days, no questions asked. See our Refund Policy.

If a payment fails

Paddle will try the payment again. If it still cannot be taken, we let your paid plan run to the end of the period already paid for, then move your account to Free.

Price changes

We will tell you at least 30 days before any price change. A change never applies to the month you have already paid for.
