Refund Policy

14-day full refund

If you're not happy, you can get a full refund within 14 days of any payment, no questions asked.

How to ask

Email dinara@channelinsights.ai with the email you signed up with, or request it directly from our payment provider Paddle at paddle.net. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 working days.

After 14 days

You can still cancel anytime. You keep your plan until the end of the paid month and won't be charged again.
