Terms of Service

Last updated 12 October 2026

British English with Di is run by ChannelInsights, United Kingdom. By creating an account you agree to these terms. Questions? Email dinara@channelinsights.ai.

The service

Di is an AI speaking coach, not a human teacher. Its feedback can occasionally be wrong. Use it as practice, not as professional or exam certification.

Who can use it

You must be 16 or older. Keep your login private; you are responsible for activity on your account.

Plans and payments

  • The Free plan costs nothing. Pro (£9/month) and Premium (£19/month) renew monthly until cancelled.
  • Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are also covered by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
  • We will tell you at least 30 days before any price change.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime. Your paid plan stays active until the end of the month you've paid for, then your account moves to Free. You won't be charged again.

Refunds

New payments can be refunded in full within 14 days. See our Refund Policy.

Fair use

Don't use the service unlawfully, for fraud or spam, to infringe anyone's intellectual property, or to interfere with its security (malware, probing, scraping). Don't try to make Di produce harmful, hateful or illegal content.

Your content and AI answers

You keep the rights to what you write or say. You allow us to process it only to run the service. Di's answers can be inaccurate, so check anything important. We may remove content or limit replies that break these terms.

Our intellectual property

ChannelInsights owns the service, its software, design and the "British English with Di" brand. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use it within your plan.

Suspension

We may suspend or close an account for serious or repeated breach of these terms, non-payment, or fraud or security risk.

Liability

The service is provided "as is"; we don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UK consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
